The Great Week of San Sebastian (Aste Nagusia) 2026 is celebrated from 8 to 15 August 2026.

The official departure pistoletage takes place on Saturday, August 8 at 19:00 h with the traditional cannonage in the Gardens of Alderdi Eder.

The program includes more than 400 cultural events, free concerts, the international artificial fire contest and popular activities.

The Artificial Fire 

61.International Competition of Artificial Fire: August 8 to 15. as a golden brochure, the Pirotecnia Valecea will offer a pyromusical show on August 15 for its 150th anniversary.
